Element AIR
Every breath reminds us we are not stuck just pausing
You can not see it
yet it is already here
Moving around you
Moving through you
Changing direction
Notice
Air doesn’t need to be held to be real
the curtain Moves before you Notice the wind
slow enough to Notice
free enough to Wonder
what have you been missing
not because you weren’t looking because life Became louder than the breeze
Carry this Moment with you
some Moments disappear as quickly as they arrive this one doesn’t have to take this small piece of Air with you
before you go
Listen for Something you hadn’t Noticed before
It was already there
