i’m out the door

weather on these days is usually fair

or at least good enough that

Movement agrees with me

routines orbiting each other 

some days it’s the school run

some days it’s work

a place to be

or nowhere i need 

to arrive at yet

either way

the world seems to

meets me halfway

Moments behave

traffic mostly Flows

tasks line up 

without argument 

food Happens

ingredients Gathered

or takeaway chosen

Nourishment is the point

Home Receives me back

Water doing what it does

shower bath

reset

Sleep arrives

no drama 

just rest

as i write this

i think

not all days go like this

but when they do

this is what normal feels like

not exciting

not heavy

just possible

this is the baseline

not a rule

not a promise

just the shape the day takes

when nothing resists
